We're All Mad Here
"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked. "Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "We're all mad here..."
Emily Baryshnikov, [EH-mih-lee] [bah-RISH-nuh-kawf], for those of you are slow.

I'm here for now, but not for good. The urge to see, to be is too great for me to stay.

Hi guys!!!

angelie-in-wonderland:

Someone’s enthusiastic.

‘Sup?

Is it Friday yet?

adam-renard:

Yeah, it’s a bit easier when you’re born into it all.

Are you at least liking it here?

It’s all you’ve ever know, normal. It’d definitely be easier, but at the same time, not nearly as intriguing. That’s one good thing to come from this; There’s a lot of new things I’ve yet understand and experience.

It could be worse, I suppose. Can’t say I look forward to being stuck here for god knows how long, but I’m getting use to it. I’ve got friends, school, and more then enough distractions to get by.

Is it Friday yet?

adam-renard:

Oh, mind me asking how you find out about everything in Briar Creek?

Technically, I was told about Brair Creek pretty early on, when I first got here. But I had to see it to believe and…I saw…something happened to convince me. Taking everything one day at a time for now, still.

It’s a rude awakening; that there’s always more to a person, more then you can really fathom. I’ve met a few Shapeshifters. I can only imagine how invigorating it must be to change form completely. Once you get past the shock of everything here, everything gets interesting.

Is it Friday yet?

adam-renard:

I’m a shapeshifter, I turn into a red fox. What about you?

Red fox, cunning and clever. Oh you know, average human- which turns out not to be so average, not around here, at least.

Is it Friday yet?

adam-renard:

I’m Adam. Pleasure meeting you, too.

How intrusive would it be of me to ask what you are? No matter how many times I ask that, it always sounds weird.

Is it Friday yet?

adam-renard:

I was just thinking a local bar or club.

Just so happens I could use a drink of sorts. Only Monday and I’m worn for wear.

We haven’t met- I’m Emily, and so far it’s been a pleasure meeting you…?

Is it Friday yet?

adam-renard:

Pretty sure the week’s only just beginning. That doesn’t mean we can’t go out and do something crazy, anyway.

Uhg, don’t remind me. Something crazy hmm? Go on, I’m listening.

Is it Friday yet?

It’s been a while, Brair Creek.

The Mall ||Amira & Emily

amira-drache:

“That sounds like the Illiana that I know”she winked playfully”I am never to busy Emily,I am just a phone call away”Amira put her hand over her mouth and smiled”galen has kept me away from the mall,he told me you already have two rooms what else do you need?” she giggled again”I told him,I am a girl,I shop that’s what I do though I think soon my wardrobe will explode because I have to many clothes, maybe you have to come over sometime and kept it from exploding” Amira filched her hair with her hand and walked into the mall. She stopped for a second and took a deep breath”ahh the mall, one of my favourite places on earth” Amira turned to Emily again”Can you show me where this Forever 21 is?”.

“Figures he wouldn’t understand. But hey,” Emily bumped her shoulder gently against Amira. “You can never have too big of a wardrobe, so long as you have good style. But if insist, I suppose I could lend a hand if you can’t handle it.” She teased, shrugging sarcastically. The pair entered the buzzing gala, pausing at it’s entrance, eyes trying to take in ever minute detail.

Instead of answering, Emily grabbed on to Amira’s wrist and wove through the throngs of people, looking over her shoulder to look at the shorter blonde, talking softly. “I’ll hold you to that, calling whenever.” She elaborated. “And it works both ways too.” Emily stopped completely nodding to the busy boutique now before them.

“This is what you’ve been missing.”

The Mall ||Amira & Emily

amira-drache:

“Agreed” Amira smiled sweetly at Emily and started to walked down the path they had met on,she was walking swiftly,a bounce in every step she took, her long blonde hair in her face and she used her hand to push it out of her face.Amira looked to Emily while she walked”Have you seen Illiana lately? I wish she could come with us to the mall ,it’s a shame” she frowned and kept walking forward”where should we go first?Forever 21?Never been there before have you?”.

Emily stretched her arms out in front of her, a shiver flanking down her spine at the crisp Oregon chill. She look down, smiling at the obvious bounce to Amira’s step. Managing to relax and cheer up was turning into a rare luxury recently and the shorter blonde’s apparent happiness was contagious. “I’ve talked to her a bit here and there, the girl’s all over the place- too busy doing a little bit of everything.” Emily rolled her eyes playfully. “Probably could use a day like this actually. We’ll drag her along next time. That is, if you’re not too busy?” The girl offered a smile, lengthening her strides to keep up with Amira’s. “Oh god, you’ve been deprived!” Emily scoffed, taming back a laugh. “I can never leave the place empty handed. What’s kept you away from the place?”
